If you're a wholesaler, you've probably noticed that cash buyers are easier to work with because there are fewer potential problems at closing. Cash deals can close fast! MyHouseDeals members also have the option to register as a cash buyer and make their information available to potential sellers that have deals they may be interested in.  


Cash buyers are members of MyHouseDeals who answered YES to the question regarding whether they can invest at least $50,000 of their own cash into a wholesale deal. This list is updated daily as new members join, or when new members decide that they have cash to invest.   


The Cash Buyer registrations includes the member's name, a link to email them, phone number, cash available to invest, and their specific criteria. 


Premium Elite members can visit the "Resources" area in their member account. From the drop down menu, choose "Cash Buyers", then "Recently Added Cash Buyers".

  • We do not investigate or screen these registrations. We are simply providing you the information.   • Avoid FTC fines and penalties! Do not send unsolicited emails (spam) to someone for the purposes of marketing a business or service. Only contact Cash Buyers with potential deals that meet their specific criteria.
