The lenders only finance for real estate—not payday loans, personal mortgage refinance loans, or other personal loans.
The majority of lenders that register with our site specifically want to lend on real estate investment properties with investors who are prepared. They prefer asset-based loans because with a secured asset, there is no need for complicated credit checks and legal paperwork. The property is their collateral. The loans are typically short term (12-18 months) with low interest. Most lenders also prefer to close using an attorney or title company.
Some lenders may be interested in non real estate opportunities, provided they can get a good return on their investment.
All discussions and negotiations with lenders are between you and the lender. This means you contact and speak with the lender direct to discuss your loan need and terms.
