Lender choose to register one of two ways:
- They choose to lend nationwide.
- They choose to only lend locally to specific market areas.
The lenders you see in your area would fall into one of those two categories—they are either local to you, or they are lending nationwide and available to lend to your area.
After you become a member, you can change your preferred zip code or investing area at anytime from the "My Account" section without additional charges. Just click on the "My Account" area, and update the zip code in the first section of your account area. Your lender listing will be modified based on the zip code you are interested in.
