We receive a large number of inquiries on a daily basis, and we are very proud of our 100% response rate to all emailed inquiries. Our team strives to get back to customers within 24 hours.

Why do we prefer email? We have more agents supporting email requests than phone support--this helps us to keep the cost of support down and focus our resources of finding you more deals! Written communication is also easier to reference later, can be relayed faster than a verbal explanation, and is a more efficient vehicle for responding to multiple questions.
