Our website offers the unrivaled ability to search for online investment properties in major metropolitan areas across the nation based on equity, ARV (After Repaired Value), repair cost, and asking price.
We've been in business since 2005 and have been pretty effective in helping investors getting their inventory sold. We work by matching sellers with competitive deals to interested investors. All that is required to list the property on our site is that it's sold at a discount.
We provide three types of lead sources: Wholesale deals, motivated seller leads and investor-ready foreclosures.
Wholesale Deals
Wholesale deals are properties submitted by fellow estate investors with at least 15% equity.
You can easily browse the deals on the website. From the main navigation bar,, just click on the Property List link, and the deals in your default market will display. If you want to view a different market area, choose the Home link, choose the market you wish to view on the map, and the deals for that market will display.
Free members are able to view any deals that have been listed for more than 2 weeks and up to 2 deals a day. Premium and Premium Elite members have unlimited access to all deals in any market.
Motivated Seller Leads
Motivated seller leads are properties submitted by homeowners who find themselves in distress or urgent situations and need to sell their homes at a discount quickly.
Investor-ready foreclosures
Investor-ready foreclosures are not your typical foreclosures. These properties weren’t purchased at foreclosure auction, and are now bank-owned, similar to REOs.
MyHouseDeals helps you avoid the auctions and competition, so you only see the good deals that are for sale at a significant discount. You can even use filters to view properties with the discount you’re looking for.
