Private Money Goldmine connects private lenders with new real estate investors or borrowers, but Private Money Goldmine is not a financial institution or a loan company.
All members have access to private lenders in their local area and to lenders who registered to lend nationwide.
Each lender has different criteria, different amounts to lend, and different interest rates. These lenders are lending on a wide variety of properties to investors of varied levels of experience and credit history. Members negotiate terms, rates, and specifics directly with the lender.
If you have never worked with Private Lenders before, please do your own due diligence to be sure you fully understand the nature of private lending before you begin contacting lenders. We provide training videos to help you in this process, and as a member you can also take advantage of the one-on-one consultation with a private money expert.
We do not broker deals, secure loans, or contact the lender on your behalf.
Reminder: Never send upfront money to a lender for any reason, under any circumstances, and report any lenders who ask for up front fees.
